Welcome to the NBS Trade Fair Vendor Waitlist! Thank you for your interest in showcasing your business. Please complete the following form to be considered for a spot at the trade fair. Before filling out the form, carefully review the terms and conditions herein.

Terms and Conditions

– Although the NBS Trade Fair aims to promote African brands and businesses, priority will be given to Nigerian vendors in the selection process. This is to ensure that Nigerian MSMEs receive prominent exposure and opportunities at the event. However, African businesses from other countries are still welcome to apply and will be considered based on category availability and product uniqueness.

– All food vendors must possess the minimum food safety certificate and be insured. Proof of both must be attached to this application. Additionally, all food must be prepacked and sealed to meet health and safety standards.

– All vendors must be registered. Only businesses with valid registration numbers will be considered. We only accept businesses operating with proper legal documentation.

– If selected, vendors must provide details of a guarantor who is familiar with the vendor’s business and can vouch for their reliability. This guarantor will be contacted for verification, and vendors must remain in contact with the NBS team throughout the process and event preparation. Failure to do so may result in your application being rejected or your spot forfeited.

– All vendors are subject to a third-party background check. This is non-negotiable and ensures the credibility and quality of businesses represented at the fair.

– Vendors must comply with health and safety guidelines the NBS Trade Fair set forth, including food safety, product handling, and crowd management. Failure to comply may result in expulsion from the event.

– The following categories of vendors (included but not limited to) will not be accepted:
Baby food  Underwear or undergarments, Wedding dresses, Uncertified or unlicensed consultations, Medical products or services, cash or money changers, religious or politically affiliated products (e.g. anointing oils, spiritual candles, or party-branded items).

– Filling out this form does not guarantee you will be selected as a vendor. Only those who meet the criteria and pass the vetting process will be contacted for participation.

– The NBS Trade Fair reserves the right to approve or reject any vendor applications based on the quality and relevance of the products or services. Vendors will be selected based on availability, category balance, and product uniqueness.

– Selected vendors will be required to upload the necessary documents and standard certification (e.g., ISO, HACCP, CE, etc.).

– Selected vendors must make payment for their booth or stall within the timeframe provided upon selection. Failure to do so may result in forfeiture of their spot.

– Vendors are responsible for ensuring all licenses, permits, and legal obligations are met for their products or services to be sold at the fair.
